- 20-person minimum for group rates on most products
- Advance booking required (2-day mininimum advance booking)
- Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
- If you require a specific time of day, we will try to accommodate your group within our schedule
- One person from group should check in at the closest Shoreline Ticket booth to obtain one group boarding pass prior to boarding.
- Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure time.

What if it rains?
Typically we sail rain or shine. It is up to the captain to decide whether or not to sail. If the cruise is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, please advise all guests to dress for an outdoor activity. Top of page
Is the boat covered?
The lower decks of our vessels are covered, however, is the boat is full not everyone will fit below deck. Again, please prepare for an outdoor activity. Top of page
Are there life jackets on board?
The US Coast Guard requires that there be life jackets for every passenger. However, they are only passed out in an emergency. Top of page
Is the boat handicapped accessible?
The upper decks for the Architecture Tours are handicapped accessible, however, bathrooms are located on the lower deck and can only be reached by stairs. Our Skyline Tours, Waterfront Adventure Tours and Water Taxis are not handicapped accessible. Top of page
How many people fit on the boat?
Depending on the vessel, anywhere from 150 to 250 people will fit on the boat. Top of page

Where do we pick up the tickets?
One person from your group must check in at the ticket booth and obtain a boarding pass for your entire group. Individual tickets are never issued to groups. Top of page
Can our group sit together?
Seating is first come, first served. Sections or seats are never reserved for groups. We cannot guarantee that your group will all be seated together. Top of page
Is there food/drinks on board?
There is a cash bar on board most of our vessels open from May to September. Food is not served on board. Top of page

When is payment due?
Payment due dates are reflected in the “charges” section of your contract. Payment due dates vary depending on the type of tour. Top of page
Can I pay on site?
We do allow groups to pay on site, however, the group is responsible for AT LEAST the number of people reserved on their contract. Top of page
What if I have fewer people the day of the trip?
Refunds are not given for unused tickets. A credit will be applied to the contact information for the group and can be used toward a future group booking. Top of page
What if I have more people the day of the tour?
Additional tickets may be purchased at the contracted rate on site. However, those seats are based on availability. Top of page
Additional Notes:
Your contract confirms your reservation. If payment is not received by the date indicated, Shoreline reserves the right to release that space after the payment due date, unless your group has been given permission to pay on site.
Minimum guest counts are required 2 business days prior to the contracted tour date. If a minimum is not given, the original contracted guest count will be considered the minimum. Top
